Raising awareness and accessibility in the South West

Ombudsman Western Australia

Now in its fifth year, the Regional Awareness and Accessibility Program seeks to ensure that the office of the Ombudsman is accessible to people living and working in regional Western Australia as well as Indigenous communities.

In March 2013, the program will be conducted in the South West region, including Bunbury, Collie and Busselton.

The Ombudsman, Energy Ombudsman, Information Commissioner, and Health and Disability Services Complaints Office Director will be joined by members of their staff.

The program includes a series of liaison sessions with Indigenous communities as part of our initiative to ensure accessibility of our services for Indigenous Western Australians.
